II. Delivery Time Commitment:
We guarantee that the products supplied will be delivered to the designated location according to the required time specified by the purchaser. If you have special requirements or need earlier completion, we are willing to negotiate with you to ensure timely fulfillment of your needs.

III. Transportation Damage:
If any issues (including cosmetic damage) are found upon unpacking the goods supplied by us, they will be resolved in a manner acceptable to the user: through timely repair, replacement, or exchange for a new product.

IV. Warranty Service:
During the warranty period, if the same equipment experiences the same quality issue and remains inoperable after three consecutive repairs, we commit to replacing it with a new device of the same brand and model. We also implement the "three guarantees" policy for product quality. Outside the warranty period, replacement and repair services will only charge for the cost of parts, with no fees for labor, technical support, or services.

V. Establishment of a Reasonable Sales Service Management System and Framework:

  1. Pre-sales Service: A dedicated sales service agency will be established. The company will arrange relevant professionals to provide on-site guidance for correct and timely usage.

  2. During-sales Service: To prevent unnecessary losses due to improper use, our company will dispatch technical personnel to provide on-site technical guidance during product usage, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

  3. After-sales Service: We commit to responding to maintenance requests within 2 hours and arriving on-site for repairs within 12 hours. To enhance after-sales service and promptly address user feedback, the company has a dedicated Yibin after-sales service hotline: xxxxxx, staffed by professionals who will answer calls, record feedback, and provide solutions. If on-site guidance is required, the company will arrange for relevant professionals to provide timely assistance at the designated location within 24 hours.

  4. After-sales Service Statement: All services provided by our company are free of charge.

VI. Product After-sales Plan:

  1. After the equipment is successfully commissioned and accepted, our company will assign professional engineers to provide unrestricted maintenance and operational training on-site for your organization. The company organizes training sessions twice a year, covering topics such as proper equipment operation, identification of basic faults and necessary recovery methods, and common troubleshooting techniques.

  2. We will regularly send professionals to inspect equipment operation at the client’s site, employing a combined approach of a "consultation system" and a "reward and punishment system" to thoroughly resolve any issues that arise.
